Application
Surface Preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry, hard, and free from dust, paint, lime, plaster, curing agents, wax, polish, laitance, and similar contaminants. Use a suitable degreaser to remove grease, oil, or wax. For priming, apply Proxon EFS Primer to seal pores and prevent air bubbles from rising through the top- coat. The primer improves flow and ensures strong adhesion to the substrate.
Mixing & Application: For mixing, combine Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) in a 1:1 weight ratio in a clean container. Ensure full removal of material from each pack. Mix thoroughly using a slow-speed stirrer (≤ 300 RPM) or a jetty blade mixer until a smooth, uniform blend is achieved. Scrape the sides and bottom of the container during mixing to maintain consistency. Avoid hand mixing, and do not introduce
