What

PROXON EUS is a solvent-less, three-com- ponent epoxy self-leveling screed for 1–5 mm underlay. It covers surface imperfec- tions and provides a durable, chemical-re- sistant base for self-leveling topcoats on concrete substrates.

Usage

PROXON EUS is recommended for areas with medium to heavy load movement. Apply a 1–5 mm screed on concrete or ma- sonry substrates for enhanced strength and abrasion resistance before floor coat- ing finishes.

Application

Surface Preparation:

For Existing/Old Concrete Surfaces: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, dust, debris, and loose particles. Use tools like a wire brush or pressure washer to achieve a clean, solid substrate. Ensure the surface is completely dry before application.

For Fresh Concrete Surfaces: Confirm the concrete has cured and reached the nec- essary strength before applying Cem-Link

  1. Follow the concrete manufacturer’s recommended curing times. Remove laitance or curing agents using a suitable cleaner and water. Let the surface dry completely.

General Considerations

Surface Profile: For best adhesion, ensure the surface is lightly roughened. A properly profiled surface helps the coating bond effectively.

Moisture Content: Concrete should have less than 5% residual moisture. Make sure the surface is fully dry before coating.

Temperature: Maintain an ambient tem- perature between 18°C and 34°C during application for optimal performance. Avoid applying outside this range to ensure proper curing and adhesion.

Cleaning: Use only compatible thinner to kept equipment’s clean, we recommend Swadi Clean epoxy thinner

air bubbles, as they may affect perfor- mance. Once mixed, apply the primer immediately within its pot life to prevent premature curing and ensure effective bonding to the substrate.

Coverage

Approx. 12 Sqm / 1mm / 18 Kg kit.

Note: Surface texture and porosity can affect coverage rate.

18 kg packs (4Kg Resin + 2Kg Hardener + 12 Kg Graded Filler).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, shaded place. Protect from sunlight, humidity & extreme tem- peratures. 12 months from the date of manufacturing

Health & Safety

Contains no hazardous substances but requires caution. Wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Store properly. Rinse splashes with water. If swallowed, seek medical help; do not induce vomiting.
