strength, corrosion-resistant polyester resin anchoring grout. It includes two com- ponents: pre-packed polyester resin and filler. Available in two grades: PROXON ANCHOR GROUT for horizontal and vertical applications.

Usage
Used for grouting dowel bars, anchor bolts, tendons in concrete, masonry, brickwork, and natural rock. Ideal for fixing foundation bolts, barriers, railway tracks, dock sills, cranes, and reinforcement starter bars per- manently.
How to use?
- Clean, dry, contaminant-free.
- Remove Impurities: Oil, grease, paint.
- Mixing Process: Add Part B.
- Ensure lump-free consistency.
- Placing Material: Within pot life.
- Cleaning Tools: Use xylene solvent.
Application
Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is structurally sound, clean & dry. Remove oil, grease, paint, curing compounds, laitance & other con- taminants. No standing water should be present.
Mixing Placing & Cleaning:
Slowly add Part B powder into Part A, mixing thoroughly to achieve a uniform, lump-free consistency.
Apply PROXON ANCHOR GROUT within its pot life. Ensure continuous placement for best results.
Clean all tools immediately after use with xylene or any suitable solvent.
Storage
PROXON ANCHOR GROUT is available in a 1-litre kit or bulk containers for large appli- cations. Store in a cool, dry, shaded area. Shelf life is 12 months if protected from humidity, UV exposure, and extreme tem- peratures.
Safety Measures
Contains no hazardous substances but requires caution. Wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Rinse skin or eyes with water if contacted. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Store as instructed and refer to MSDS for details.
