Surface preparation: Ensure the surface is clean & free from dirt, rust, grease, oil, and loose particles. Use harsh wire brushing & compressed air to remove dust. Wash with water if possible for better bonding. For steel, remove rust scales by wire brushing or scraping. Sand/grit blasting provides the best results. Use degreasing solvents like turpentine for new surfaces. The surface must be dry before application.

Application: For small areas, use a brush. Rollers may be thinned up to 5% if needed. For spraying, use 50-70 PSI air pressure for conventional spray or a 0.38-0.48 mm tip at 1800-2300 PSI for airless spray. Stir Parts A & B separately, then mix for 5-10 minutes. Add thinner if required.
