Application
Surface Preparation:
Floor must be clean, free of dust, laitance, oil, grease, and loose materials. Porous sur- faces should be pre-dampened and primed with diluted PROXON CRETE A. In hot climates, moisten the area before applica- tion. New concrete must be cured for at least 14 days before applying PROXON CSL.
Application:
Mix 25 kg of PROXON CSL with 5 to 5.5 liters of cool water using a spiral mixer attached to a drill until a uniform, lump-free mix is obtained. Pour and spread using a notched trowel or spiked roller. Recommended thickness is up to 8mm.
Curing:
No extra curing required, but surface must be protected from direct sunlight and strong wind. Avoid application in highly ventilated areas to prevent rapid water evaporation.
Toppings:
Compatible with Neoprene, Vinyl, Acrylic, or Resin-based finishes.
Cleaning:
Clean tools with water immediately.
