PROXON EP ADH is a two-pack epoxy adhe- sive ideal for non-slump applications, offering high mechanical properties, resis- tance to oils, grease, acids, and alkalis. It cures rapidly without shrinking, making it perfect for concrete repairs & re-profiling

Usage
Ideal for bonding, repairing, bedding, gap filling, and overhead applications, includ- ing honeycombed concrete repairs, cracked plaster, bridge bearing bedding, brick slip fixing, tile grouting, GRC panel repairs, and overhead repairs.
How to use?
- Clean, dry, dust-free
- Mixing: 3:2 ratio
- Application: Knife, trowel aid
- Deep filling: Apply layers
- Cleaning: Use suitable solvent
- Curing: Mechanical removal only
About
Surface Preparation & Application Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, and grease. Mixing: Mix three parts of base (A) to two parts of reactor (B) thoroughly. For non-adhesive applications, mix smaller units. Application: Apply using a knife or trowel, filling deep recesses in layers of 25-40mm. Coverage: A 3kg unit covers 1.6m² at 1mm thickness. Cleaning: Clean tools immediately with a suitable solvent. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Storage
Store PROXON EP ADH in cool, dry, shaded areas, away from sunlight and extreme temperatures. Shelf life is 12 months. In tropical climates, store in cooled condi- tions to maintain quality.

PROXON EP ADH contains no hazardous substances, but caution is needed. Wear gloves, goggles, safety shoes, and face mask. Reseal containers, and treat skin or eye contact with water. For more details, refer to MSDS.
