Application
Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean and free from dust, debris, and contaminants. Use com- pressed air to clean cracks. For wider cracks, install suitable injection ports at intervals.
Mixing:
Measure required amounts of PROXON EP INJECT (Part A and B). Ensure both are at room temperature. Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly using a paddle or drill attach- ment, scraping the container sides during mixing. Mix for 2 minutes until a uniform color is achieved.
Application:
Inject the mixed material using pressure injection equipment. Start from the lowest port and move upwards to ensure complete void filling. After curing, remove injection ports and finish the surface as needed.
Note:
PROXON EP INJECT is temperature- and
moisture-sensitive. Avoid application below 10°C or in wet environments.
Cleaning:
Clean tools immediately after use with suitable solvent. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
