What
PROXON GROUT NS is a high-performance, non-shrink cementitious grout with pour- able consistency. It contains Portland cement, graded fillers, and additives that ensure controlled expansion, high strength, and reduced water demand for precision grouting.

Usage
Ideal for pre-cast repairs, floor toppings, equipment foundations, bearing plates, joint grouting, cable ducts, and anchoring bolts or hooks. Suitable for heavy-duty applica- tions requiring high strength and precision grouting performance.

Application
Surface preparation & Mixing:
Ensure surfaces are clean, free from dust, oil, paint, or demoulding agents. Pre-wet area 24 hours before grouting, ensuring no standing water remains. Formworks must be leak-proof, and bolt holes should be dry. Mix PROXON GROUT NS with 4 to 6 litres of water per 25 kg bag using a mechanical mixer for at least 5 minutes to achieve a smooth, lump-free mix. Pour continuously to avoid air pockets. Use 4–5 litres for thick mixes and 2.5–3 litres for dry pack applica- tions. Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Shelf life
Can be stored in cool, dry, shaded areas. Shelf life is 12 months. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity & extreme temperatures to prevent reduced shelf life.
Safety Measures
Contains no hazardous substances. Use gloves, goggles, and protective clothing while handling. In case of contact, rinse with water. If swallowed, seek medical help. Refer MSDS for detailed safety instructions.
