Application
Preparation:
Calculate the required PROXON HARDENER quantity, divide and mark the area into bays, and evenly place bags around the perimeter. Ensure wooden hand floats and power floats are available on-site.
Placing Concrete:
Place concrete between screed points using square-tipped shovels. Avoid using vibrators to move concrete. Level with wooden bull floats and remove any bleed water before applying Proxon Prohardener.
Application:
Apply 2/3rd of PROXON HARDENER evenly- when the concrete leaves a 3-6 mm foot- print. Once darkened, float with wooden or
power floats. Broadcast the final 1/3 at right angles and float again.
Bay Edges:
Reinforce edges with PROXON HARDENER dry shake or a paste mixed with water for added durability.
Curing:
Use curing compound for proper curing. Avoid brackish water and adding extra water during finishing.
