Usage
PROXON MULTIFIL GP is ideal for levelling undulations, filling static cracks in paint, wood, concrete, and masonry. It’s also used for pipe laying, sculpting, fixing plas- terboard, and skimming surfaces before painting.
How to use?
- Surface preparation: Dry, clean
- Mixing ratio: 3:1
- Apply with blade
- Deep cracks: Thicker paste
- Working time: 1 hour
- Consumption: 1.8kg per liter
Application
Surface Preparation:
Ensure surface is dry and clean, removing dust and loose materials. Allow damp or decayed wood to dry or be removed. Score smooth surfaces for a better key. Avoid applying PROXON MULTIFIL GP over seal- ants or primers.
Mixing & Placing:
Mix 3 parts of PROXON MULTIFIL GP with 1 part water. Adjust water for desired consis- tency and mix to a smooth paste. Apply with a putty knife. For deeper cracks, make a thicker paste. For wood grain filling, use a brush. Working time: 1 hour, setting time: 2–3 hours. For exterior use, coat with a suit- able finish to prevent water penetration.
Consumption:
1.8kg fills 1L cavity, 2kg/Sq.m for 300-micron
thickness. Approx. 25 RM for V-groove cracks (5x5mm).
Packing
10kg bags.
Storage
Can be stored in cool, dry, shaded areas, away from direct sunlight and extreme tem- peratures. Shelf life is 12 months. In tropical climates, store in a cooled environment to avoid reduced shelf life.

Contains no hazardous substances. Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and safety shoes. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse with water. For ingestion, seek medi- cal assistance.
