About
Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants affecting adhesion. Repair cracks and joints before applying PROXON POLYURE- THANE 600. The substrate must be at least 5°C above the dew point for at least six hours after application.
Application Procedure:
Apply PROXON PRIMER 600 and let it dry for an hour. Then, apply two to three coats of PROXON POLYURETHANE 600 using a brush, trowel, or roller, with a minimum recoatable time of 12 hours. The recommended total DFT is 1.0–1.5 mm.
Curing time depends on ambient condi- tions. At low temperatures, add 400g of PROXON Catalyst to PROXON PRIMER 600 (25kg).
Mix thoroughly. Use the mixed product within two hours. For durability, top the coating with cement screed for UV protec- tion. Mix thoroughly before use.
Avoid washing the substrate with water. Clean tools with a suitable solvent immedi- ately after use.
