PROXON PROMASTIC W is a cold-applied, water-based bituminous clay emulsion with finely crushed bitumen. It’s ready for direct application on wet surfaces, offering improved flow and smoother finish due to lower solid content.

Usage
PROXON PROMASTIC W is ideal for water- proofing leaky walls or surfaces, especially where heating bitumen is not allowed. It can be applied even under wet conditions, offer- ing an efficient cold-applied waterproofing solution.
How to use?
- Clean with brush
- Dilute with water
- Apply as primer
- Wait until dry
- Coat with emulsion
- Finish with chips
Application
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush to remove all dust and loose particles. PROXON PROMASTIC W is then diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio to achieve a lighter consistency and applied as a primer. Once the primer dries and turns black from brown, PROXON PROMAS- TIC W is applied again. As the emulsion sets & turns black, coarse sand or crushed stone chips are spread over the surface for added protection.

20 kg and 200 kg drum.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in airtight contain- ers, away from heat and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 6 months when kept sealed in original, unopened packaging under recommended storage conditions.
