Usage
How to use?
- Ensure dry, clean surface
- Remove dirt, oils, coatings
- Fill cracks and holes
- Apply primer for adhesion
- Use brush, roller, spray
- Cure each coat fully
Application
Surface Preparation:
Proper surface preparation is essential for effective waterproofing. Concrete/mason- ry substrates must be at least 28 days old with moisture below 5%. Remove loose coatings, oils, dust, and surface irregulari- ties using mechanical methods. Cracks and holes must be filled with appropriate sealants or repair putty. Strictly avoid washing the surface before primer appli- cation; if washed, ensure it dries fully.
Priming:
Apply Proxon Prime PU100 at 0.2 kg/sqm
Usage
based on substrate condition. Contact technical support for recommendations.
Application:
Apply Proxon PU Coat using brush, roller, or spray, in a minimum of two coats (1 kg/sqm). Embed geotextile fabric with 100mm overlaps in critical areas. Cure each coat before the next.
Cleaning:
Clean tools immediately with thinner.

Safety
PROXON PU COAT contains resins and amines. Wear gloves, goggles, safety shoes, and face mask while handling. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Refer MSDS for details.
