Usage
PROXON PU INJECT seals and stabilizes cracks in rock and concrete. Ideal for tun- nels, basements, sheet pilings, diaphragm walls, and water-bearing structures under groundwater conditions, effectively stop- ping leakages and seepage.

Application
Surface Preparation:
Based on the condition of cracks and joints (assessed through technical inspection), install appropriate injection packers as per specifications.
Injection:
PROXON PU INJECT should be applied using a suitable injection pump capable of delivering adequate pressure. The injection rate, dilution, and working pressure will depend on the specific site conditions such as crack width and voids. Once injected, when PROXON PU INJECT comes into con- tact with water, it undergoes a chemical reaction and expands into a rigid, closed-cell polyurethane foam. This foam effectively seals and stabilizes the area, making it ideal for repairing and water- proofing joints, cracks, and cavities under
active water flow or damp conditions.
Storage
12 months when stored in sealed containers under normal, dry conditions away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Proper storage ensures product stability and per- formance throughout its intended shelf life.

Safety Measures
PROXON PU INJECT may irritate skin or eyes. Use protective gear. In case of con- tact, rinse with water and seek medical help. Clean tools with thinner and ensure proper ventilation in enclosed spaces.
