PROXON PU SEAL 1K is a one-part, low modulus polyurethane sealant with excellent adhesion, forming elastomeric mastic. Ideal for construction joints, it meets ASTM Class 25 movement standards.

Usage
PROXON PU SEAL 1K is ideal for sealing joints in concrete walls, artificial panels, precast panels, brickwork, metal frames, water tanks, aluminum windows, irrigation channels & surfaces like granite, marble & glass.
How to use?
- Apply between +5O to +45O C
- Clean surface thoroughly
- Wait 1–2 minutes
- Use separate cloths
- Apply masking tape
- Smooth and finish
Application
Application temperature should be between +5°C to +45°C. Clean substrate thoroughly using a cleaning agent. Once the surface is dry (after 1–2 mins), apply PROXON PU SEAL 1K. Use separate cloths for cleaner & sealant. For better finish, mask joint edges before application. Cut nozzle to desired size, apply sealant to joints & tool it immediately. Remove masking tape before the sealant skins to ensure a clean appearance.

600 ml Sausage.
Shelf life
Store unopened for 15 months in a cool, dry area between +5°C to 27°C with 30–70% humidity. Avoid contamination by not returning unused material to the original container. Lower temperature & humidity preferred.
