PROXON TG is a fine powder mixed with water to form a smooth, creamy paste for tile grouting. It offers a non-shrink, water-resistant, decorative finish for joints up to 4–5mm, and is easy to apply and clean.

Usage

PROXON TG is a hand-applied, non-shrink grout suitable for interior and exterior tiles, marbles, and granites. It provides water and weather resistance with strong bonding that ensures long-lasting, durable joints without wear.

How to use?

  • Clean tiles thoroughly
  • Grout after 24hrs
  • Apply with spatula
  • Mix to paste
  • Let mix stand
  • Add latex additive

Application

Surface Preparation:

Ensure all tiles and joints are securely fixed and thoroughly cleaned before grouting. Tile joints and edges must be free from excess tile adhesive or debris.

Application:

Apply PROXON TG at least 24 hours after tile fixing. Use a rubber-edge spatula or squeegee to fill joints diagonally. Clean off excess grout with a damp sponge before it dries. Only grout areas that can be finished within one hour.

Mixing:

Mix PROXON TG powder with clean water to form a smooth, creamy paste—approx. 3 liters per 10kg powder. Let the mix stand for

10 minutes before application. Use a force-action mixer for best results. Hand mixing is allowed for small batches.

Note:

For submerged areas (pools, tanks), add Mixtile Latex Additive at 0.4 liters per 10kg of grout.

Cleaning:

Tools should be cleaned with water.

Coverage

Approx. 1kg of PROXON TG covers 4m² when used with standard 15x15cm tiles. Coverage may vary slightly depending on tile size, joint width, and application technique.

Packing

1, 5 & 10kg bags.

Shelf life

Can be stored unopened bags in dry con- ditions, away from sunlight and rain. Shelf life is up to 12 months when properly stored.

PROXON TG contains no hazardous sub- stances. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective gloves and goggles. In case of contact, rinse immediately. If swal- lowed, seek medical help. Refer MSDS for detailed safety guidelines.
